My qualifications include: 1) June '09 graduate from University Washington Extension Private Investigation Certificate Program; 2) Successfully passed the Agency Test on first attempt prior to the completion of the certificate program; 3) Armed Certified; 4) Four years Process Service experience - two years in Texas and two years in Washington state (I have never had to testify in court for a disputed service).
